Okay so...

First imma talk about the dragons <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/s/s…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Smile)"/>

The dragons that are flying are very well drawn! I mean, really! I think that they are in the perfect flying position, and i can really tell what the wind is doing!! They look So happy to be racing eachother!! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/> Great job on them!

The dragons that are ready to take off, or that are running look SUPER! The look so eager to win the race! I can tell that they are really competitive! Love the wings on them also! They look super eager, and happy to be racing eachother also!! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

Now for the shading!

The shading it just.... speechless! I mean its spectacular! Always loved your way of shading! It just looks super good! Gradient shading to me looks the best in your drawings! I hope you continue that way, or try one similar to it!

NOW THA BACKROUND WHICH WILL BE SUPER LONG!!

That grass looks super amazing! Its not even close to a fail! Its sooo much better then mine since i rush it ahah! The cliff part under the grss also looks super amazing! I think i sense improvment in your backrounds for sure! The clouds are like seriously... EPIC! They look so detailed and fluffy like how our normal clouds do! I really sense imrpovement in those aswell! THEY BRING OUT THE WHOLE PICTURE!! Now the rest of the backround looks super!
The sun, the sparkles, they all look supere spectacular! I love how you dont just leave it blank. You put more detail in it so it looks better! And the birds look great aswell! Great job Rorita!

The anatomy here is perfect. The stances look sooo realistic, and also their wing posture. They look like there in exactly the right place. Not even one but out if place.
The eyes on them also look incredible!! I mean, there so shiny, and great! It just looks awesome!! <img src="e.deviantart.net/emoticons/b/b…" width="15" height="15" alt="" title=" (Big Grin)"/>

Great job Rorita! I hope to see a lot more of these epic deviations in the future!

And for the things i dislike.....

That is soo tough... Hmmm that is just way too hard to choose. I looked at the picture about 10 times to see what i dont like... and theres nothing! GREAT JOB!!!
